Note: We do not provide air duct or vent cleaning, structural repairs, or services outside the agreed scope of work.

2. Booking Policy

• Services must be booked in advance through our website, email, or phone.
• Quotes are based on the initial information provided by the client.
• Additional charges may apply if extra work is required beyond the agreed scope.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
• Missed appointments without notice may incur full service charges.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments are due immediately upon service completion, unless otherwise agreed.
• Accepted payment methods: cash, e-transfer, or invoice (for recurring commercial clients).
• Late or failed payments may be subject to a late fee and/or service suspension.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Crystal Clear Squad is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to any surfaces or items
• Items not disclosed or securely stored prior to cleaning
• Allergic reactions to standard cleaning products (clients must notify us of sensitivities in advance)

Clients are advised to secure valuables and fragile items before the cleaning session.

6. Use of Photos and Video Recordings

To ensure service quality, staff accountability, and marketing, Crystal Clear Squad may take photos and/or video recordings of cleaning work before, during, or after the service.

• These materials are used for documentation, staff training, and service verification.
• We do not share identifiable content (such as personal items, faces, or addresses) without written permission.
• Clients may opt out of photos/videos by notifying us prior to the appointment.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
